Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery on orders of R2,000 or more

• R199 flat-rate delivery on orders below R2,000

Your delivery fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lunaya currently delivers nationwide across South Africa.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your delivery.
